DELEGACION DE LA FUNCION FISCAL. Para el ejercicio de la función fiscal que deba cumplirse en corregimientos o lugares apartados de la cabecera municipal, el Contralor General de la República podrá delegar su cumplimiento mediante resolución motivada, en otros funcionarios fiscales o en los Presidentes de las Juntas de fomento Corregimental, cuando la importancia de los asuntos no exija la presencia del Auditor Regional.
