Art. 9.° Si el número de electores de un distrito pasare de ochocientos, la lista se dividirá en secciones de cuatrocientos a setecientos electores cada una, i en tal caso, la Corporacion municipal presidirá las votaciones que deban hacerse conforme a la primera lista o seccion i nombrará una Junta compuesta de cinco ciudadanos para que presida las votaciones que se hagan conforme a cada una de las otras listas o secciones de electores.
