Fecha del cierre contable . Para efectos de la contabilidad de la Empresa Nacional Minera Ltda., Minercol Ltda., se aplicará como fecha de cierre contable de la empresa en marcha e inicio de la contabilidad de la liquidación, la fecha que corresponda al cierre del mes en que el presente Decreto entre en vigencia.
