Suministro. Los uniformes para el personal de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada a que se refiere la presente Sección, serán suministrados en forma gratuita por el respectivo servicio de vigilancia y seguridad privada, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.

Parágrafo

Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada, están obligados a llevar un control de entrega de dotaciones al personal a su cargo, que debe ser suscrito por el empleado en el momento de recibirlas. Este control podrá ser objeto de inspección en cualquier momento y lugar, por parte de la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
