Las sentencias ejecutoriadas serán obligatorias para los particulares y la administración, no estarán sujetas a recursos distintos de los establecidos en este Código, y quedan sometidas a la formalidad del registro en los mismos casos en que la ley lo exige para las dictadas por los jueces comunes.
