Art. 3.º Las enseñanzas de los cursos 1.º , 2.º i 3.º de la Escuela de Literatura i Filosofía le darán por un catedrático principal, quien arreglará sus lecciones a los metodos i prácticas adoptados actualmente en las Escuelas-modelos de la Union. Si el número de alumnos matriculados en cada uno de estos cursos excediere de 70, la junta de Inspeccion i Gobierno de la Universidad podrá nombrar un catedrático auxiliar.
