Extinción Del Subsidio Familiar

Decreto 1161 de 2014 · por el cual se crea el subsidio familiar para Soldados Profesionales e Infantes de Marina Profesionales y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Extinción del subsidio familiar . El subsidio familiar de que trata el literal a) del artículo 1° de este decreto, se extingue por cesación de la vida conyugal en los siguientes casos

Por declaración judicial de nulidad o inexistencia del matrimonio.

Por sentencia judicial de divorcio válida en Colombia.

Separación judicial de cuerpos.

Terminación de la Unión marital de hecho.

Parágrafo

Se ordenará la extinción cuando se presente alguno de los casos anteriores, siempre que no hubiere hijos a cargo por los que exista el derecho a percibir el subsidio familiar.
