Modifíquese el numeral 12 del artículo 74 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ 12. Cuando se trate de una zona franca permanente o una zona franca permanente especial, garantizar que en el espacio asignado a un usuario industrial o comercial únicamente opere el respectivo usuario y una sola razón social, salvo que se trate de personas naturales o jurídicas que presten servicios necesarios para el desarrollo del objeto social del usuario de zona franca.”
