La Caja De Vivienda Militar Que Se Refiere La Ley 87 De 1947, Continuará Como Institución Autónoma, Con Personería Jurídica Para Contratar, Y Patrimonio Independiente Del Tesoro Nacional, Y Con Las Finalidades Señaladas En El Presente Decreto

º La Caja de Vivienda Militar que se refiere la Ley 87 de 1947, continuará como institución autónoma, con personería jurídica para contratar, y patrimonio independiente del Tesoro Nacional, y con las finalidades señaladas en el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Esta Caja tendrá su asiento principal y domicilio en la ciudad de Bogotá.
