Art. 25. Cuando no se verifique el pago de lo que corresponde al ramo de Beneficencia ó á las rentas departamentales dentro de los quince días siguientes á la aprobación de la respectiva liquidación, procederá el Recaudador respectivo á librar ejecución contra los deudores; sean las deudas de una mayor ó de menor cuantía, hasta hacer efectivo el pago del impuesto.
