Artículo único. Se autoriza al Gobierno Ejecutivo para que, a pesar de lo que se dispone en las leyes comunes sobre suministros y empréstitos en la guerra civil de 1899 a 1902, pague cualesquiera cantidades que la Diócesis de Pasto le hubiere dado en préstamo a la Nación durante dicha guerra, según los comprobantes que al mismo Gobierno fueren presentados.

La cantidad que se requiere para cumplir esta Ley se reputará incluída en el respectivo Presupuesto de gastos.
