El artículo 3.2.3.20 de la Resolución 1200 de 1995 de la Superintendencia de Valores quedará así: " Artículo 3.2.3.20. Aviso de martillo para rematar valores en mercado primario. Además de lo dispuesto en el segundo inciso del artículo 3.2.3.6, el aviso del martillo deberá incluir la información a que alude el literal c) del artículo 1.1.2.5 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores. El primer aviso del martillo deberá publicarse dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que quede ejecutoriada la resolución por medio de la cual la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia autorice la oferta pública de las acciones. La fecha de celebración del martillo deberá establecerse observando lo previsto en el literal c) del artículo 41 de la Ley 964 de 2005".
