º La Junta Directiva estará integrada por
El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado;
El Ministro de Obras Públicas o un delegado permanente suyo;
El Gerente del Instituto de Fomento Industrial o su delegado permanente, y
Dos (2) representantes del Presidente de la República designados para períodos anuales.
El Gerente del Instituto formará parte de la Junta, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
