Denominación Social. A la razón social de las empresas, o a la denominación que se le dé a los programas o dependencias que presten servicios de Medicina Prepagada, se agregará la expresión “Medicina Prepagada”, de acuerdo con su objeto social, y con la calificación que se les asigne en el registro de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.

En su publicidad deberán siempre mencionar que se encuentran vigiladas por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, en caracteres visibles.
