Dirección, asesoría y control. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, para cubrir los gastos de dirección de los servicios de salud, asesoría y control se utilizarán principalmente los recursos propios del municipio o los señalados en el literal c) del artículo 1º de este decreto.
