Fuera de los casos previstos en elArtículo 119, cualquiera que sea el caso, el que para cometer un delito determinado, organice una fuerza armada en que ejerza un mando superior, incurrirá por este solo hecho en reclusión por dos a cinco años.

Los demás miembros de la fuerza incurrirán en reclusión por ocho meses a dos años.
