La Dirección General del Presupuesto y el Icfes podrán solicitar a las instituciones de educación superior, información sobre aspectos presupuestales y contables con el detalle y periodicidad que se estime necesaria. La Dirección General del Presupuesto con la colaboración del Icfes determinará los anexos al presupuesto de rentas y gastos de las instituciones oficiales de educación superior.
