Para los gastos que demande la ejecución de la presente Ley se destina hasta la cantidad de ciento cuarenta mil pesos ($ 140,000), de los cuales se apropiará en el Presupuesto de cada vigencia la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000).
