La Dirección del Instituto de Fomento Municipal estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva, y la administración del mismo la ejercerá un Director General y los Directores Seccionales que estarán bajo su dependencia, en todas y cada una de las capitales de Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarias en donde se establezcan.
