º. El Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica señalará mediante resoluciones los precios de los artículos que considere indispensable controlar, teniendo como base los estudios que le presente la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Superintendencia. Estas resoluciones regirán desde la fecha que en ellas se indique de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el artículo 1º del Decreto 3092 de 1966.
