La Ley 104 de 1919 es aplicable a todas las parcialidades de indígenas existentes en el país, si así lo decretare la respectiva Asamblea, previo concepto favorable del Gobernador del Departamento a que pertenecieren y del Fiscal del Distrito Judicial de que formen parte.
