º El incumplimiento a lo dispuesto en este Decreto dará lugar a que el respectivo Administrador de Aduana haga efectiva la garantía y obligará a la reexportación del vehículo dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes. Vencido este término sin que se haya reexportado, se ordenará mediante resolución motivada del Administrador de Aduana de internación temporal, el decomiso administrativo del vehículo.
