A los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, y de la Policía Nacional que prestan el servicio de protección y seguridad a los congresistas se les pagarán los viáticos y gastos de viaje con cargo al presupuesto del Congreso, para locual el Gobierno Nacional presupuestará los recursos que sean del caso.
