Art. 62. Los almacenes en que se guarde el tabaco en las administraciones, i la caja en que se custodien las caudales tendrán dos llaves, la una estará a cargo del administrador i la otra al del interventor; pero en aquellas administraciones en que no haya interventor el administrador manejara ambas llaves.
