Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia del convenio el contratista deberá presentar para su aprobación, a la Dirección de las Minas, el proyecto técnico de montaje con las especificaciones debidas. El montaje deberá estar completamente instalado y en funcionamiento dentro de los dos primeros años de la vigencia del contrato.
