Terminación anormal del trámite. Habrá lugar a la terminación anormal del trámite en los mismos supuestos de desistimiento expreso o tácito el cual se entenderá transcurridos dos (2) meses contados a partir de la fecha en que debe dar cumplimiento a una carga o a un acto que corresponda realizar una de las partes.

En los anteriores casos, el notario extenderá un acta que no generará derecho notarial alguno, en la cual expresará tales circunstancias y dispondrá la devolución de la solicitud y sus anexos a los interesados.
