En el respectivo contrato o contratos se estipulará expresamente que las maquinarias, útiles, enseres y mejoras que el Contratista aporte a la explotación pasarán a ser de propiedad del Estado a la terminación del contrato, o en caso de declaratoria de caducidad de éste por culpa del contratista.
