Permanencia en puerto . Cuando las embarcaciones atraquen para pernoctar, aprovisionarse o hacer reparaciones o maniobras, no requerirán tener permiso de zarpe, siempre y cuando no permanezcan por tiempo superior a cuarenta y ocho (48) horas; además, deberán dar previo aviso de estas circunstancias a la autoridad fluvial.
