Pasajes para familiares de los Oficiales y Suboficiales por comisión inferior a noventa (90) días. Cuando se trate de comisiones individuales, inferiores a noventa (90) días, será potestativo del Ministro de Defensa o del Director. General de la Policía, según el caso, autorizar pasajes para el cónyuge e hijos legítimos menores de veintiún (21) años que dependan económicamente del Oficial, Suboficial, los inválidos absolutos y los estudiantes hasta la edad, de, veinticuatro (24) años.
