Las instituciones hospitalarias, públicas o privadas, del territorio nacional, que prestan servicios de salud, tienen la obligación de atender de manera inmediata a las víctimas de los atentados terroristas que lo requieran, con independencia de la capacidad socio-económica de los demandantes de estos servicios y sin exigir condición previa para su admisión.
