Establécense los puestos de Médico Epidemiologistica e Ingeniero Sanitario, los cuales serán nombrados por el Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas y prestarán sus servicios en la Dirección Nacional de Higiene. Los sueldos serán de ciento cincuenta pesos ( $ 150 ) mensuales cada uno.
