°. Se conformará un comité de seguimiento con el objeto de realizar la evaluación a la aplicación del presente decreto y presentar observaciones y recomendaciones sobre el mismo al Gobierno Nacional. El Comité estará conformado por un delegado del Ministro de Educación Nacional quien lo presidirá, por un delegado del Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Economía Solidaria, quien hará la Secretaría Técnica del mismo y un representante del sector solidario elegido por gremios del sector. El Comité establecerá su propio reglamento.
