Art. 25. Luego que hayan caducado los contratos celebrados por el Poder Ejecutivo i aprobados por el Congreso con los Bancos establecidos en esta ciudad, para la admisión de billetes en las oficinas de recaudacion i pago del Gobierno de la Union, únicamente los billetes del Banco nacional se admitirán como dinero sonante en dichas oficinas.
