º. De la Organización y Funcionamiento. El Gobierno Nacional dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto, expedirá los actos necesarios para adecuar la organización y funcionamiento del Instituto Nacional para la Prevención y Problemas de la Discapacidad, Inpred, de acuerdo con los principios y normas vigentes.
