El título universitario que expidan las facultades o centros de enseñanza comercial autorizados por el Gobierno, será en lo sucesivo de "contador juramentado". A este título se equiparan los que con cualquiera otra denominación se hayan expedido hasta la fecha de la vigencia de este Decreto.
