Art. 5.° El Rector de la Universidad acompañará mensualmente a la nómina por pension de los alumnos oficiales, el rejistro de la conducta, aprovechamiento i aplicación de estos alumnos, i será responsable personalmente de las pensiones que se paguen a los alumnos cuya mala conducta, si la tuvieren, no se hallare señalada en los rejistros.
