Los auxilios a que se refieren los artículos 1o, 2o y 3o de la presente Ley, serán pagados a los Síndicos, donde funcionen Juntas de Beneficencia con personería jurídica, o en su defecto a los Tesoreros Municipales, conforme las normas de la Contraloría General de la República.
