Con relación a la prestación humanitaria periódica para las víctimas de la violencia, el Ministerio del Trabajo directamente o a través de un encargo fiduciario, o de convenio interadministrativo que suscriba para tal efecto, tendrá a su cargo las siguientes obligaciones:
