Artículo único. Apruébase el decreto dictado por el Poder Ejecutivo en 25 de agosto de 1871, abriendo un crédito estraordinario al Presupuesto de gastos para la vijencia económica de 1871 a 1872, por la suma de cinco mil ciento veinte pesos, imputable al Departamento de lo Interior, capítulos 11 i 12, Territorios nacionales.
