Artículo único. Convocase al Congreso a sesiones extraordinarias basta por el término de cuarenta días prorrogables, a contar del 28 de mayo del año en curso, para someter a su preferente estudio los siguientes proyectos de ley y los demás que el Ejecutivo juzgue oportuno presentar: Que reforma las existentes sobre Banco de Emisión; Sobre legislación bancaria: Sobre impuesto de papel sellado y timbre nacional; Sobre contabilidad y fiscalización; Sobre preparación, discusión, expedición, liquidación y ejecución del Presupuesto, y Sobre reorganización del impuesto sobro la renta. Comuníquese y publíquese.
