Comité de Dirección . El Comité de Dirección estará presidido por el Superintendente, e integrado por los Superintendentes Delegados, por el Secretario General de la Superintendencia, así como por el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica y por el Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación y Desarrollo quien actuará como Secretario. Así mismo asistirá de forma permanente en calidad de invitado el Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno. El Comité de Dirección tendrá como función, brindar asesoría al Superintendente en la adopción de las políticas y planes de acción de carácter administrativo, que han de regir la actividad de la entidad; así como hacer las veces del "Comité de Coordinación del Control Interno" del que trata la Ley 87 de 1993.
