De los programas y las partidas de becas para el primer ciclo de educación media y luego para bachillerato, la Nación destinará dos becas que serán concedidas en colegios del Departamento de Boyacá. Tales becas se adjudicarán por méritos y dentro de las disposiciones vigentes sobre el particular.
