° La asignación de Primas Técnicas para los funcionarios que ocupen los cargos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará por Decreto del Gobierno previo concepto favorable del Consejo Superior del Servicio Civil, con base en la solicitud razonada formulada por escrito por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil conforme a las normas pertinentes de los Decretos 1912 y 1950 de 1973 y 174 de 1975.
