Ampliase la facultad otorgada al Gobierno por la Ley 95 de 1958, para garantizar préstamos o financiaciones que obtenga la Empresa Distrital de Buses del D. E. de Bogotá, hasta la cantidad de diez mil millones de pesos ($10.000.000).
