En los casos en que la Ley exija la aprobación de cualquier reglamento por la Junta General de Aduanas, si dicha Junta omitiere improbar o modificar cualquiera de tales reglamentos que le sometiere el Director General, dentro de los treinta días siguientes a tal sometimiento, se entenderá que aprueba el reglamento en cuestión, el cual entrará en vigencia en la forma en que lo hubiere propuesto el Director General. Las facultades de la Junta para aprobar reglamentos serán continuas, y los reglamentos que requieran la aprobación de la Junta serán modificados o derogados únicamente de conformidad con las resoluciones de la Junta.
