Finalidad del Sistema Autónomo de Asesoría y Defensa Gratuita . El Sistema Autónomo de Asesoría y Defensa Gratuita (SAAD) tendrá por finalidad la prestación de un servicio gratuito de defensa jurídica, asistencia, asesoría y representación legal, respecto de los trámites y actuaciones previstos en la Ley 1820 de 2016 y de todos aquellos que sean de conocimiento de los diversos componentes del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición (SIVJRNR), en especial ante la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP).
