º Prorrógase hasta el 30 de junio de 1980 la vigencia de la tarifa única del cinco por ciento (5%) establecida en la Nota Adicional I de la Sección XVI del Arancel de Aduanas.

Parágrafo

Esta tarifa se aplicará igualmente a los equipos de que trata la citada Nota Adicional que autorice el Consejo Nacional de Política Aduanera antes del 30 de junio de 1980, aun cuando lleguen al país con posterioridad a la citada fecha.
