De acuerdo con lo autorizado por el artículo 10 de la Ley 11 de 1967 , el Gobierno exigirá para el pago del auxílio que por esta Ley se decreta, el riguroso cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en dicha Ley. Exigirá igualmente que se acredite en debida forma la personería jurídica del Teatro Popular de Bogotá.
