Podrá dispensar las faltas o defectos menores que existan en los comprobantes y documentos de las cuentas rendidas, cuando, a su juicio, los intereses del Gobierno lo exijan, siempre que el monto de tales faltas o defectos, imputable a cualquier empleado o agente, no exceda de veinte pesos ($20) moneda legal en un año.
