La Nación atenderá a la totalidad del costo de la obra de la carretera Bogotá-Puerto Salgar-Medellín, desde la fecha en que sea sancionada la presente Ley, cuya construcción fue autorizada por el Decreto legislativo número 0127 del 23 de abril de 1958.
